Water Leakage
This is the most obvious form of water damage and normally indicates that the roof is already in bad shape. As much as possible, don’t let it reach this point. However, when inevitable, call your local roofing specialist to have it checked and repaired right away.

Granules from shingles tend to fall off due to weather changes – but mostly with rains and storms. While this may not directly cause you harm, it does mean that your roof is weather and water beaten and it’s best that you have it replaced.
Missing or Damaged Shingles
The shingles act like the armor of your roof. But they can get damaged due to rain, storm, aging, and snow. If damaged or if they begin missing, you might want to talk to a roofing specialist and have it repaired or replaced. Even when you’re not experiencing leaks yet, it’s best you have it inspected to avoid further damages.
